Tammy MacLeod

Tammy is the founder of Infinity Yoga Movement Dance and teaches much of the weekly schedule. Her approach is shaped by yoga, dance, somatic exploration and extensive experience teaching children and adults. Influenced by her Modo Yoga training, she values accessible practice, environmental awareness, community care and movement that meets people where they are. Tammy’s classes range from strong heated flows to chair yoga, line dancing and creative movement—all connected by curiosity, choice and the belief that movement can help us feel more fully alive.
